Cancellations and Refunds
All on-line cancellations must be made via email and will be dated by the time and date notification sent by the customer. If notification of cancellation is not received within 24 hours please call our toll free number
Telephone reservations may be cancelled by calling our reservations number. Please note who you spoke with whenever making or cancelling reservations by phone.
- No show without notice: 0% refund
Customers not notifying LLL Limousine of a cancellation will be charged the full amount of the pre-arranged trip, no gratuity shall be charged.
- Same day service ordered: 100% refund
Customers notifying LLL Limousine immediately or within 24 hours of making their reservation may cancel at no charge.
- 24+ hours before P/U date: 75% refund
Customers making cancellation at least 24 hours prior to their reservation will be charged a nominal 25% cancellation fee. No gratuity shall be charged.
- 24 hours before P/U date: 50% refund
Customers cancelling less than 24 hours before their pick-up will be charged 50% of the original fare. No gratuity will be charged.
Airport Pickups
Customers will normally be picked up curbside, outside the designated baggage area. The vehicle will be parked as close to the exit door as possible. New security regulations require the driver must stay with his vehicle, therefore we cannot assist with luggage. It is recommended that the passenger locate or contact the driver while awaiting baggage arrival, particularly if the baggage is not immediately available.
Meet and Greet services are available on request for a fee of $10.00.
Pre-flight checks
All arriving flights are monitored prior to arrival, however we can only rely on the information provided by the airlines. If a flight is delayed more than an hour customers should contact our 24 hour phone number, 813.833.4385 immediately upon landing.
Delayed Flights
Whenever possible we monitor all flight arrivals to avoid customers incurring unnecessary charges because of flight delays. However, because of circumstances beyond our control, such as lost luggage, lightning delaying transfer of bags to the luggage carousels etc. we reserve the right to charge a waiting fee of $10 per 15 minutes beginning 30 minutes after the flight lands.
Residential Pickups
Pre-call procedures
All residential customers will be called exactly one hour before scheduled pick-up by the assigned driver. The driver will confirm reservation time, address and any other job specific details required i.e. gate codes, special instructions etc.
Hotel Pickups
The driver will contact the customer via cell phone or through the front desk one hour prior to scheduled pick-up.
Other Venues
The driver will contact via cellphone 1/2 hour before scheduled pick-up.
Routing
Stops / Drop-ofs
Significant route variations shall be assessed an additional fee at the discretion of the driver and concurrence of the customer.
Vehicle Substitutions
LLL Limousine reserves the right to substitute and / or subcontract to other appopriately permitted, licensed and insured subcontractors. Vehicles will be of similar classification and quality and rates shall remain consistent with those contracted.
Charter Rates and Procedures
In County
Charter rates within Hillsborough County will require a 3 hour minimum and be charged $40 per hour + 20% gratuity.
Out of County
Charter fares leaving and returning Hillsborough County will be charged the in-county 3 hour minimum + $10 per 15 minutes after the first 3 hours + 20 % gratuity.
Waiting Time
Waiting time in excess of 15 minutes will be charged at a rate of $10 per 15 minutes.

Gratuities
Whenever possible it is our belief that gratuity should be left to the discretion of the customer; however to maintain pricing minimums consistent with the Public Transportation Commission, as well as to provide specialized services, internet reservations; charters, out of county trips, a 20% gratuity will be added to the bill. Customers will always be informed if the gratuity is added.
Luggage Limitations
Golf Clubs
Our town cars can normally accomodate two golf bags and a reasonable amount of luggage, unfortunately hard-shelled travel bags can cause significant complications and customers are urged to keep this in mind when planning travel.
Skis and Surfboards are prohibited
Large Hardshell Luggage
Hardshell luggage and golf bags can cause significant storage problems, we will make reasonable accommodations.
Excess Luggage
Excessive luggage deemed by the driver as that which might cause damage to the vehicle or create unsafe driving conditions will be the responsibility of the customer. Transportation of such excessive baggage will be their sole responsibility and may be cause for cancellation of any contracted transportation agreement.
Pets / Guide Dogs
Guide dogs are always welcome. LLL Limousine should be notified so that we may cover interior seating with a blanket. Small pets (under 30 lbs.) will be accepted however they must be kept in an approved pet carrier.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, Visa, MC, American Express along with cash and travellers checks.
Personal Checks
Personal checks with local Florida address and bank may be accepted, however the check should be made out to the driver, not LLL Limousine, Inc.
Children
Children under 14 yrs must be accompanied by an adult.
Infants
LLL Limousine does not provide child seats, Florida law requires that all children under _ lbs or _ years of age must be in a child safety seat.
Surcharges
Any fares beginning or ending between the hours of 1 AM and 4 AM will have a $20 surcharge added.
Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years
Any fares beginning or ending on the day of these holidays will have a $20 surcharge added.
